A complex and multilayered wine made by the extremely talented young team of David and Nadia Sadie from dry farmed old bush vines in the Swartland. It is Chenin led with Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette Blanche and Semillon. Peach, pear, orange, saltiness, full bodied but fresh. An absolute delight to drink now but will continue to evolve over the years.
“Intriguing, dense nose that suggests much more to come. Very rich start, a hint of saltiness and then admirable freshness. Very complex with real chew and layers. You could enjoy this already but I feel it will develop too. Great stuff” – Jancis Robinson 17/20
